Some more rusty bits has been waiting for me....lets get on and get rid of the rusty bits....i made new parts from sheet metal and i cut the bad parts out...       All those rusty parts what my customer wanted to be repaired, are now replaced,resprayed with primer coat... Originally where the body panels were joined and welded,it wasn't any sealer around,but now i sealed those areas and the water can not get between them,and hopefully we can prevent to get any rust there.       The body shell are ready to spray the under body coat on,and ready to respray the engine bay....

The offside chassis leg are fitted now...lets make some more new bits and replace the rusty bits...             Lots of work done now,but not finished yet...

The bodywork done,and we moved it back to our workshop to do the rest of the works...I had to fit the front and rear axles on the chassis to do some more welding job,for example make brackets for the rear wheel arches and fit them in the right position,make frame and box for the battery etc...      Everything done, no more welding,strip it down again and all the bits can go to the bodyshop for having the paintwork done... They started with the chassis and that is back in our workshop now...  I can start to do the final reassembling now...    Engine & gearbox fitted...   |
